Help With Handbrake Light

Ive just imported a mr2 turbo and the handbrake light just wont go out when handbrake down. I think it could have happened after converting offside reverse light to a fog light.

Have checked the micro-switch and even connected the wire to ground but the damn light just wont go out.

Can anyone recommend anything?

Have you checked the brake fluid level?? The low fluid level uses the same light. If it turns out to be that check your pads, the level will drop as the pads wear, if the pads are OK check for leaks and top it up.

Thanks for help, it was a wiring problem!

There was no power in the circuit after a completely flat Battery, re-energised it and it works fine now, the turbo timer works as well now.

The only other thing is theres a greddy boost guage which wont register boost, there doesnt appear to be a vaccum pipe just wires, what could be causing this not to work?
