i recently brought a set of goodyear eagle f1 tyres heard they were a good all round tyre good in the dry better in the wet. every time i stop at traffic lights or a round about when its wet and try to take off the tyres dont seem to want to grip the wheels just start to spin out and i dont even give the car a lot of pedal. i had falken tyres on before and never had a problem with them. anyone else have these tyres

size is 215/40/17

Hello mate.

I gave up on my F1's because they were too expensive to replace everytime. :(

Never had any noticiable problems though. Currently run on Firestones.

I had a set of Eagle F1's and they were pants until they scrubbed up - guess it took around 1k miles, but then they were great............until they needed replacing at 20k!! :(
