according to the book its the ECU IG fuse (7.5amp)

Oh well that cant be the fault then, and the bulbs arent blown. :wacko:

will need 2nd click on ignition and then try them

(Point taken, I'm just :ffs: with this one)

I'm trying with the engine running.

wirring is fine, but if it's shorted then it should of affected the ECU IG loom aswell.

wouldnt it? :wacko:

hmmm yeah ok it will have blow it

may have just a bad earth though? maybe, possibly?

wheres the reverse light switch??

is it on the gearbox?

check if thats duff?

It's on top of the gearbox under where your air filter is. :thumbsup:

no joy, I took it down telling them about the problem.

And they said dont bother we will have to fail it. :(

I've tried my best at fixing it, so i've got no choice but to take it to an auto electrician now. :rolleyes:

Also re-mapping my ECU helped to cure those flames :D

I was sure that reverse lights weren't nesessary too. Sounds stupid, as I thought they wouldve been quite important to pass the MOT?

If there not fitted on your car, then that doesnt matter.

But like all modern cars, they are; so they need to be working.
