Motheboard, cpu, NVIDIA Graphics Card, Network Card, USB ports, Harddisk, Runs Linux, has keyboard, mouse, printer, you can plug a Monitor into it.

Definatley a PC

Would be great in a car with XBMC running, also boots up much quicker than a regular PC

You can run windows aswell, but it's a bit slow.

There's always DOS for the Xbox if your a real PC fan!

I know there are issues with postage... looked up the company on the net and they are Chineese based so it makes sense.
