2002 Prius

Hi everybody,

I might be joining you guys in this forum soon :) What I'm looking for is information about the classic prius, not the newer version.

What is considered the average price of a late 2002 (52 reg) Prius? I've seen it range from 9k to 11k, so am wondering what others think a low milage one costs.

Also, are there any special insurance tricks to be used for the Prius? The best i've gotten is 950quid via direct line, cause it'll be my 1st car and I have no NCD.... (althought I'm 25 and have had my license for 4 years!!!) Others (like norwich union etc) all quote me 1.5k and above!!

Would love to hear what people think about the classic prius as well!!

Thanks! I was wondering about the RAC cover as well. So I assume it's "attached" to the car, and not the first buyer? Is there any process to transfer the cover, or do you just have to quote the car's reg number to get roadside assistance?
