Does The 4efte Use The Same Bottom End As The N/a

Been offered a starlet gt manual with a bottom end knock, it is minimal and is around the 2.5-3k rev area. I think it might get away with just the shells. Can i use the shells out of a Normal starlet, if not which cars share the same bottom end?

the block is basically the same. the casting is slightly different. the pistons and rods are different.

is the block damaged? if not, it may be worth rebuilding it.

The knock is very slight, i think it just needs the shells replacing. Can i use shells from other cars?

the knock could be something alot simpler. could have even knackered the trust bearing or something like that.
