March maybe??? On the 03 plate, haven't seen any earlier ones or maybe September on a 53... Don't know really, not much help am I

53 was the facelift. 03 is still phase 1. I was in an 03 TS and it wasn't the facelifted model.

It was introduced between 03 and 53 - I think about May/June 2003 time.

You can get 03 facelift models - I've seen some about.

mines march 03. phase 1. get a phase 1, they look better and you can get more mods for them

i test drove a ph1 in august 03 but had the ph2,

i had a choice they were on the change over.

got the ph2 better build quailty and i liked it better :D

i've got a 53 ph2.

If it has the teardop front headlamps, its a P2 but I reckon an April 2003 Yaris will be P1

ok so chances are its ph1. cheers ppl. found one for sale but the guy wasnt very clear about which it was!

if the aerial is at the front and is 6 feet long its a phase 1. If the aerial is at the back and is only a few inches long then its a phase 2. also look at the headlights as already mentioned
