Hiyup fellow MR2ers B)

I have now officially returned to MR2 ownership with a new restoration project!

As many of you know I had a MKII Rev3 for some time and had to reluctantly sell due to a serious financial stitchup

However, I am proud to announce that I have just won bidding on a relatively OK MKI that just needs new brakes and restoration work on arches and front splitter. It will also need a respray on the upper panels (Bonnet, roof, engine lid and spoiler).

I landed up buying the Corolla when I should have bought a MKI in the first place (just for RWD familiarity), but the corolla has served me extremely well and now as a 99.9% completed project is being sold to a new TOC member.

I landed up bidding an extra £80 more than I initially wanted to, But I think it's worth it after viewing the car on Sunday B)

Fidgets - was a huge bargain IMO, but will need a fair bit of work until it's what I would call excellent.

Nope... Not yet. Just needs discs and pads all round for an MOT and then to Tax it, then to have seriooooouuus fun! B)
