can anyone reccomend what type of oil I should be putting in my starlet 98 sr?

10w40 or better, I always say if your parking your car outside overnight then its best to use 0w40 (Mobil 1). With all this cold weather about, you can really tell the difference with Mobil 1

does it matter if its 10/40 synthetic or semi synthetic? i think i put 10/40 semi synthetic in my car last time. plus the Mobil 1 0w40 would it matter if i put that in having 10/40 semin synthetic into my car.

also were can i get this 0/40 Mobil 1 oil from, my local motorspares shop is *******. can it be picked up at a petrol station or supermarket. my car is so low on oil i dare not drive it at the moment.

tesco extra was one of the cheapist places i found oil,but i would imagine any motorists places will,ask a local mechanic,he'll know some good places,the discount motorists places will be better than places such as Halfords

I gave up looking for Mobil 1,an used Castrol GTX Magnatec 10w40

Runs excellent
