Cutting a long story short, bonnet got a nice dent in it yesterday!! was play fightin with the gf infront of car, and she ended up fallin backwards onto the bonnet, BANG!! nice bum and hand shape dents

Get up this morn to take to get some quptes, everywheres white, go out to clean car, clean off bonnet, and 2 my joys no dents :D

Snow had chilled car so much the metal must have contracted and popped itself out

good timing thank u mr snow :D

all in all, got to love the snow now, saved me a few bob

In tension, yes... I think... I'm pretty sure... I should have listened more in materials lectures ;)

The trouble is that the epoxy resin that the carbon sheeting is sealed in is brittle, so it will crack although the CF mat will be fine.

Once again, got to get out more!

The chances of that happening are small, snow is rare, damaging a bonnet is rare, and the snow actually fixing the bonnet, even rarer. Somebody likes you!
