Standard Uk Alarm

Is the standard UK rev 1 alarm an electronic immobiliser as well???? It's the only condition on my insurance. Doesn't have to be thatcham approved, just an electronic immobiliser. And If I can get hold of a new key fob for the alarm, does it have to be resynced by Toyota? I'm just after the case as the bit that holds it on a key ring has snapped.
