Apexi Gt Vs Blitz Nur Spec R

Was almost certain i was going to get a Blitz Nur Spec R for the Supra as Envy were going to do me a good deal at just £550 delivered - BUT - since seen the Apex'i GT Muffler which appears to be bigger piping, straighter piping, bigger back box and at the same time cheaper at only £490 all in

Anyone know if this exhaust is much good as it seems a better deal than the Blitz Nur Spec R....

i believe the GT is meag loud aswell! if thats what your after

im more than happy with my blitz on the 2, adjustable noise with the bung, looks awesome, and i suppose its added a bit more go, but not proven yet :)

Yeah i know what ya mean, used to have the Nur Spec R on the GT4 and loved it. Dont want anything louder than the Blitz so if thts the case and the Apex'i is louder i'll probably pass... :(

Anyone got any other suggestions as to an exhaust? My budget is around the £500 mark, would love a titanium exhaust if anyone knows anywhere that does one for that kinda money

dont quote me on the volume of the apexi its just what i heard on the vine

but for that dolla id say blitz anytime

Errr nope, HKS, Greddy, Jun, Veilside and a few others all do Titanium exhausts for the MKIV. Some are complete titanium some are just the canister.

Unfortunately you won't get one for £500 new (well in Japan you would but then you have to get it here!)

There is also a Blitz Nur spec with Titanium canister on its way later in the year.

I've had the normal Blitz Nur in the past and loved it, so well made and great sound. Would have gone for it again this time but something else cropped up at a good price. ;)

Yeah i agree you cant beat the quality and sound of the nur spec, but should i part with my £550 and get one now or hold out for the Titanium jobby? :(

my old fruitcake. my mate at NTS is makeing mine as i type he

can make it sound how you want it to sound and you get the performance to.

if you want to give him a call let me no. the best thing about custom

exhausts is you get wot you want. and you get to pick the tail piep.

and tiwn exit is an option. hope i have made your decision easyer dude

£550 sounds pretty good to me (don't forget to ask them for your .co.uk discount ;) )

Dragger, Super Dragger, and the Hyper..

I personally prefer the mild steal sytems to the stainless ones as mild steel has better resonance properties, -at the cost of eventually rusting...

I have an HKS hyper system on my TT supra and I have never heard a better setup!!!

3.5" pipework is nice too.
