just wondering what the deal is with performance on some of the celica range:

is gt4 the fastest apart from the new ones

and compared to the gt4 what are the performances of the celica gti, gtr and gts...and what is the difference between them (ones an import isnt it?)

cheers for your help

I'm confused. Having owned both I can say that the ST205 is well quicker with an amount of confidence. And quicker still once it's rolling. :!Removed!:

I think i confused the issue! i was saying that the st205 is the fastest Celica compared to the new ones, I wasn't saying it was faster than the 185. Plus, I think he was saying "185 not 205" as in the model he wanted to know about

too true scoobs...i might look into getting a gti cos they are a bit smaller...and as i am moving from a 106 to whatever car i next get i think the gt4 beast is maybe a bit of a big jump in size
