:help:

I`ve just found a stunning MR2 Turbo with a really nice bodykit at the following URL

http://www.car-equality.net/index.php

Click on the advert to see more details of this, I`m very tempted but need some advice on the price,

is this overpriced at £8995 are there any known faults that I should check for on a MR2 Turbo ?

Many Thanks Mike (milocoon)

I've seen L reg turbo's with lower mileage and loads of history going for as little as 4k

A bodykit wouldnt make me pay 4-5k more for a car.

Are you sure your not actually the seller???

I would have thought 6k was the most you would want to pay for a L Reg model, any more and you could start getting hold of a Rev4 Turbo, especially as its got 60k+ miles.. I would look around a little more and take midmotorsteve's advice and go for a spin in the pheonix power one on eBay

Clicky to Ebay

:ffs:

No I`m not the seller Lads !

I don`t know that much about MR2`s but when I saw this I did like the look of it, I found the Phoenix Power car on eBay just now (thanks to the other guy who put a post in) and thats nice as well. Any opinions on that one as the bid is up to £5100 with 2 days left ?

340-380 bhp I wonder about the clutch and whether it can take that for long ?

Heres the URL for eBay if anyone has any advice for me on the Phoenix Power

the phoenix power one is nice but a few things to consider.

1. it isnt a t-bar (i personally prefer them)

2. the seller is looking for as close to 13k as poss so dont expect to get it for less than 10k

mine cost me just over 7k although it is slightly older than those. the blue one should be about 6k max

Performance

I have 2 dyno plots for this car.. one reading 340+bhp and one 380+bhp, these will be included in the sale.
