Right....reading this thread Jappy....you want a TURBO......You can just tell...and you aint gonna settle for an n/a.... what ever anyone says about its gonna cost a fortune, or its not worth it, you say I was thinking, I just might.....so give in and go for one.

Like has been said a turbo conversion cost mega bucks !!. To be honest If you really wanna go down the turbo route, you are better off buying a turbo, and then use the purple beast as a 'donner' car.

Transfere over all your interior, and exterior mods, including kit, and get it painted purple again if you wish !. A lot of work...yes, but im sure by far cheaper than getting a turbo converstion.

Then buy a stock engine again for yours if you like in a while, and sell it for what you can get ! !!

thats what id do.

I know what you mean about spending all that cash, just to be back where you were...when my turbo poped I was looking at stock and stg1 turbos..and was reluctant to spend cash just to be stock again, so spent a few hundered more and went stsg 1...and im damned sure it was worth it !!

your call at the end of the day mate !
