Hi,

Has anyone replaced a radio in a 1987 celica? I can't find any definite specifications of ISO leads to tlel me that they will definitely work on this car. I'm worried that maybe toyota changed their cabling in the last 18 years, and maybe my car will have different plugs to what the currently available "all toyota" ISO leads connect to.

I've found this one - do you think it is ok?

Thanks,

Daniel.

Hi i have recently put a pioneer cd player in my 1987 gen4 and that connector IS what you need just make sure that the other end is an ISO end for your new stereo, the job should take you 2-3 hours but you will probably need a new blanking plate for under the new stereo. Hope this helps and answers your question. If you need help or info on doing the job i will be happy to give you instructions on how to do it. :D
