Just wondered if any of you guys can possilby help.Im thinking of buying a toyota celica 1.8 vvti 190 3dr coupe (with dynamic pack) which is an import 2000reg

What kind of money do these go for ,what things should i look for and is there any other info you could maybe give me on it

A 190 is a great buy

I don't know the values of imports but for a UK spec 190 of that age and average mileage/condition I guess around 9-12K depending on private or dealer etc......

Main problem with the Celica engine was the LIFT bolt concerns. This meas checking whether they have been replaced for the newer uprated lift bolts that dont break (as easily).

Don't know whether the alloy wheel corrosion problems applies to imports but certainly on UK cars a lot of alloys were being replaced under warrenty because they kept bubbling up very quickly.
