mr toyota advised me £20 for a new wiper arm,

all i need is this metal bit,,,, nothing too fancy,,

where can i get one?

Simplist place is Halfords. Expect to pay £7-£20 for it. They have a book that matches ya car to the wiper you need. Easy Peesy....
