Heard through IMOC that another MRw2 bought it on the track last Saturday, a Mk1 MR2 at Hethel caught fire and was completely gutted....

The link to the photo's are here and the damage makes Scot's Celica damage look like a little scratch.

Good news is the driver walked away (remember the fuel tank is next to your legs) which is the most important thing but you have to check those photo's out.....
