Intermittent Noise

Hi all, New to the site.

Car is actually my girlfriends Rav4 GX d4d 2002.

We traded her old Rav4 GX 3 door 1996 model for this newer one and it is a great vehicle but...........

Had gearbox out for 'clicking clutch pedal' that seems to be cured, for now.

Scuttle rattle keeps coming back and I keep getting told ' Oh that is a replacement windscreen, SO WHAT why does it still rattle?????

And the most annoying to date is when we go round a roundabout or a sharp bend and then straighten steering and drive out of bend we get a strange noise for about 4 or 5 seconds, I think it may be power steering pump or similar, no feedback through steering wheel though.

I have been driving the service guy round for 20 mins today and do you think the poxy thing would do it!???

Any thoughts?

It is a great vehicle but we are not happy with these niggles

Look forward to any help or suggestions you may have.
