Going To Kidlington Tomorrow

I'm off to Toyota tomorrow to get the window seals replaced under warranty.

They wasted two hours of my time on Friday, this is when I thought they would do the work. After waiting the service men said they wanted me to pay for the replacements.

They tried arguing that the seals weren’t covered on a T reg Yaris.

Even though I have an extended warranty.

Now after a phone call they say they are covered and will be doing the work on Monday.

If I didn't use this forum i wouldn’t of known that the seals where covered under warranty.

Yeah I remember you mentioning them and I said I'd had mine done twice!

Still weren't right when I sold the car back to them. It's their problem now!

Hope you have success and glad they're doing the right thing and replacing under warranty.
