Wiring Questions On A 4efte Swap Into A '91 Tercel

I'm about 2/3 done with this Tercel swap and I've got a couple questions, if some of you can help clear this up it would be great.

This is a 4EFTE going into a '91 Tercel. The wires in question are not on the engine wiring diagrams.

On the end of the 4EFTE harness near the passenger side motor mount,

coming out of the harness where the injectors are, there are two

wires, one Yellow/Red and one Black/White. They were cut on the

harness, I'm not sure what they go to. The Yellow/Red goes into the

chassis.

There's also two connectors in the same area which aren't connected to

anything, one Green/Yellow, Green/Red, and the other is a Black/Red,

Purple/Red or Brown/Red not sure which. The Black/Red Purple/Red go to

a VSV.

In this pic I have two questions, first on the upper right is the plug that was cut, there are three wires there, what does this go to?

On the lower left hand part, the VSV seems to have a piece broken off. Now I have a couple VSVs around, can I use another one? What hoses connected to this VSV?

Also coming out of the engine harness there are some wires that go

into the chassis but don't match up to the Tercel harness anywhere,

one is the Yellow/Red that I mentioned above, there is a also a

Yellow/Green, Green/Red, and Green which goes to a temp sensor

(probably for the guage?)

These wires go to the plug on the tranny and used to go to a plug under the dash. (4EFTE harness) This is an auto tranny.

Any suggestions would be great!
