nice to see how moding trends vary from country to country, much betta than our reputation for LED everything cheesy and HUGE kits etc.

Just about to ask the same thing ... I've seen a few modded vauxhauls with them round my way - must be something you can buy

There are loads of closed air feeds on the market, just not for the Yaris! The most popular is the Viper i think!

Hi,

thx for yr feedbacks. That cold air intake is truely fascinating. This guy has also superchipped his car (he said so). His 1.0 L yaris brings out 115 bhp ! No turbo. He has replaced his exhaust system with 2 inches diameter pipes from the front to the back. Straight

Most of the tuning works here are personalised. That cold air intake piping for example comes from extraction piping (air extractors in kitchens) and the part that goes to the front bumper to the outside is a subwoofer part (air inlet)!!

We had some really new members at the meeting this time. Besides the common 1.0 L yaris, we had a 1.0 L with HKS turbo with carbon fibre bonnet. Also, a 1.5 L turbo...huge engine :o

Cheers

Ismael
