Engine Transplant... Advice?

Can anyone help with this? I'm sure someone here has had a conversion done! The time has come for me to go for an engine transplant for my '94 Corolla GXi. I love the car but miss the sporty nature (especially that beautiful exhaust sound) of my old '91 GTi. Firstly, do I go for the 4AGE 20 valve or the 4AGZE? Bearing in mind I have limited funds is the 20 valve the better choice financially in the long term? I'd assume it will give better fuel economy and cheaper insurance than its supercharged cousin?

2nd concern is getting the thing fitted. I can get hold of the engine no prob from Jon Barnes Motorsport or Fensport, but I can't swap an engine myself (due to lack of tools, time and knowledge!). Does any one know a reputable garage in SE England that would carry out the work and roughly how much would it cost/how long would it take?

Apologies for my lack of knowledge!

P.S. Once work is complete does anyone fancy buying a 7AFE engine with full service record and 80k miles?!
