Was looking to get a replacement jdm wheel, as my own looks well worn. On closer inspection however, it seems to just be a yellowish gunk on it. :eek:

Reckon previous owner was a serious smoker or something.

Anybody got any ideas about cleaning this off? it's pretty hard to shift even scraping at it, and want to be careful not to damage the leather underneath, as it seems impossible to get a replacement jdm wheel!
