Ae86 Problem

Hi,

can anyone help,

my coupe will not start from the key, however it will start from a roll,

when it runs it runs smooth, the Battery is fine, it is sparking, and the starter is turning,

any ideas anyone????????

Do you mean it won't turn over with the key or it turns but won't start? If it's the former then you need to checkout ignition switch and starter motoer. If it's the latter then it could be the Battery, it's taking so much juice to turn the motor over ther is not enough capacity to start the motor.

Sounds familiar, get someone to check the wiring to the starter motor, had a simular problem last summer, I replaced the starter twice and recond one
