Universal Central Locking Kits

Has anyone ever bought/fitted one. are they any good, and are they easy to fit??? it's bugging me having to keep making sure i lock both doors everytime someone else gets in the car

I bought one of the microscan ones many moons ago... I had to doa custom install as the car I was working on had an annoying setuo, but the kit worked fine!!!

i bought microscan kit for £42.99. Then i bought the upgrade kit for £49.99 so i could have button activated central locking. Then i bought another keyfob for £19.99!

worked a treat on the yaris! easy to do as well! well recommended. Just took it out of the yaris since its going, gona put it in my brothers corsa

I bought the kit from maplins for £27 (inc. my 5% student discount)

that was easy to wire, the hardest bit was getting the wires from the car chassis into the doors. on the starlet sportif, they don't have blanked out holes so i had to drill them.

after that went and bought a car alarm off eBay so now got remote central locking.
