Please Please Help!

Hi ,

I have got a Carina E Alarm- Tvss Iiib, and for no reason it keeps going off!!

Can any one tell if there is a site on the internet or somewhere where I can find out how to stop the alarm!!!

The key fob has no effect on it!!.

I have disconected the Battery but it continued for anything 40 mins- its driving us crazy!!!!!!!

Can any one e-mail privately at d1000.jones@virgin.net to help me!!!

I just need to know what wire to cut or fuse to remove or something

Pleas please help me!!!!!!!!!

Or just some idea of where the alarm is in the engine!!!

Best bet would be to contact your local dealer.

Dunno about anyone else but i'd be quite reluctant to tell someone i didnt know how to disarm a car alarm.

Unfortanately my local dealer is 1 hour and half hours away!!! and there is no way I could drive over there with the alarm going off. If I was a thief I don't think i would ask on a public forum- I think I would already know!!!!!

The alarm box is under the drivers seat.

Disabling/resetting the alarm is achieved by inseting the ignition key (in the ingition) and toggling it to illuminating the dash lights twice whilst the alarm is sounding.

Is your boot switch set to on? this could be confusing the electrics.

thanks- do you mean the boot light ??? I have checked and that was on - so I have turned it off now.

It doesn't say in the manual- it just talks about pressing trice on the keyfob- which doen't do anything -

I will try what you say when it does again. I would just like to permanently switch off the alarm!!!
