Turbo Goosed , Or Is It.?

Recently my turbo refused too perform, so i checked all the hoses and made sure it wasnt an air problem . Tonight i found two pulleys below the intercooler with no belt .

Two questions :

1) What are these for ...?

2) Do they need a belt...... :group-cuddles:

What is this belt called..? Cheers in advance..

I think your talking about the air con pump and idler pulley. If you dont use it, don't worry about it.

They won't effect the turbo in any way tho' , so I'd be looking elsewhere.

the bottom pulley is the crank .. shoulve hve two belts to -> one at the back of the engine, this is the alternator .. the one at the top by the IC, this is the AC pump.
