Door Locks

Hello All

Picked up my used Yaris couple of weeks ago. What a great Car!!! Love it.

Here is one niggle I hope you can help with. If a passenger locks their door when getting out, the lock opens agains when they close the door. Highly Annoying any ideas.

Bought it from a Volkswagen dealer of all places so got a 12 month warranty with them is it worth taking in for them to look at?

Lock the door by holding the handle up...depress the "knob" then keep holding the handle up until you close the door.

Idea is that it helps prevent locking yourself out....easy when you know how.

No problem. That's the same with all cars...not just the Yari's.

Aye it was full of under 16's when I was at uni too...and that's a good 10 years ago now! cider and black for a Quid....must have been mad!

Have fun...
