Sparkplugs To The Rescue!

Driving round the town today in my motor... it was feeling VERY VERY rough. Didn't like any type of hard acceleration etc. Then all of a sudden..... dead.

The motor died in the middle of the town centre! Would restart then die again!!

Had to get my flatmate and 2 other people to help push it into a car park.

Went to our local car shop... picked up some NGK plugs... fitted them.

Car as new!!!...... :D

The lesson of the day is ...... don't neglect changing your sparkplugs!!

today the car was running very very rough. Didn't die on me or anything tho.

Gave it a good hammering with the revs for a few mins, then gave it a good 20min blatt.

The car was fine after that. Anyone got any ideas why ? Possible the ECU had to learn about new spark plugs ??? ....lol.

Anyway... is fine now. Weird!

car was running rough because they gave me the wrong plugs. They gave me plugs for the 5s-fe and not the 3sgte !!!

Muppets... got the correct plugs now and the car is nice and normal again ! :)
