:help: Just purchased a 03 avensis plate with sat nav TNS200. Can I get the thing to work. CD in box of tricks. enter destination as per manual and every time the thing shows that destination cannot be found. CD has been cleaned, unit recalibrated in setting. Can anybody please advise in any way?

Check that you've got the correct CD. When I got my car, it was loaded with a CD for France and couldn't locate any UK destination! The dealer swapped it for a UK CD and it all worked fine.
