My girlfriend is currently looking for a yaris and wants to keep her pioneer headunit. I saw this pic and want to know where you get the panel from?(the bit where the display usually is) is it a DIY job?

that bits easy enough but looking for the bit in that pic,it has the clock display removed and has a wee pocket there instead

Dunno Graeme, never seen it done, I like the clock thing etc and it would look daft if you took it out I think!

Mine don't have a clock there. Has a little compartment there with a door. Then again mine is a Vitz....
