I've got a 1.3 Yaris, i'm gonna put on a Dastek unichip. does anyone know, along with a HKS induction kit, back box and cat system, what kind of power gains i'm likely to expect? I know its not gonna be that much, i just wanna know roughly how much.

A unichip alone, over and above they mods or altogether with they mods?

Alone I'd say 2-3bhp and all they mods plus a unichip say 10bhp!

Good luck with it though mate, sounds good!

I'd probably say 10-12HP overall. For best results you'd obviously need to do more, but then it's starting to get costly!

What model is your 1.3 mate? Is it a P1 or P2?

Go for it man ... if you get it done i'll be very interested in hearing the results you get.

That would make it a 52 plate right?

You cant get a P2 on a 52 plate - they didnt come out until May/June 2003!

Sorry to be pernickity but if you got it then, it must be a P1!

Yeh most cars you can just tune the ECU and you will get like 30-50% more power. Yaris is already running at that topped up speed. So not much power left to unlock.

Have to do a search bout drb5 chip. Was like £200 and done like no bonus' at all really did it.
