New Project

youd be lookin at £2500-£3000 in labour alone so expect to spend £6000 or more. it isnt that easy a job requiring fabricating engine mounts reworking wiring looms (not all that easy) making exhaust systems etc.

would take between 3-6 weeks to do!

WOW thanks for the info everyone

had around 4.5K for this project

Maybe I should be happy with 4A-GZE and around 190bhp

That would work out much cheaper and may require less work

I just want to take on Civic VTI's and kill them at the strip - no point chasing the Scoobies and Evo's with only 2WD

Cheers

why not? i do it all the time, although scoobiepoo owners are upping the stakes a little. its the look on their faces i love. just pasted by a 2wd 14 year old corolla!!!

if this year goes well and i can justify spending even more i may start making plans for a 4wd conversion. already done some ground work for it but i will need at least 550bhp to make it worth while

I could do it but it would be at the end or even maybe the start of next year

My brother has a 300bhp Impreza wagon and he thinks I can't do it - what does he know about the power of the 3S-GTE

Will have to think about this one

Sorry about the thread hijack
