I've got a 1998 GX rav 4 3 door and I need to fit a new wing mirror to the passenger side.

It looks to me like I need to take off the door trim, then the little black triangle trim in the corner of the passenger window, then unscrew the mirror fitting from the inside.

Is this the correct way to do it?

Also, it may seem like a stupid question, but the top of the trim seems to be held on by a screw with a trim cover over it- what's the best way to get this off without damaging it? Does it just pop off if you put a knife under it?

Many thanks,
