Well, the show car is just about there, or so I thought......

I took her for the maiden road test, and se developed a rattle, which turned into a nasty knock, which has ended up costing me big time as I now need a new engine. The theory is that some crud has got in somehow and blocked an oil gallery causing starvation to several valves. Im not sure whether the bottom end has been effected, so Im changing the lot just to be sure. She should be ready in time for Donny where we are booked in as traders.

Here are a few pics, see what you think.

Side View - All decals were designed by myself and manufactured in-house.

The carbon vented bonnet - fits well, nice lines, I was impressed....

The front skirt was a nightmare, as soon the front bumper was fitted, it cracked ! - better let it settle for a bit before its redone on the car.

Another view fron the rear showing the side. The main body graphics are a collection of Chrome, Crystal Etch and Silver Metallic. I thought it would make a change to see multi-coloured sponsor logos running horizontal as opposed to vertical down a door or something. I think its nice.

The instruments are SPA Design (which we also stock), the left one is the combined Oil Pressure & Oil Temperature and the right one is the Boost and combined EGT. The small red buttons are the tell-tail activation and menu/setup switches for the gauges.

The business end. This is a photo taken mid way through the engine mods, not shown is the Greddy Oil Catch Tank, and loads more bling like carbon alternator cover etc.

Its very unfortunte that its all gotta be ripped out again for the new engine install, but there you go, who said development was easy eh !

Hope to see you all very soon.
