excellent! sticky now! or add to guides sticky post.

and about the dynomat/soundproofing. This can be good for crisp sound but adds weight to the car which slows you down :P Perfectly fine without it.

oh and yes, you should be able to use normal screws and not rivets (for those who do not have a rivet gun).

The guide really helped me to get the courage just to yank the door panel off once the screws were taken out! I was paranoid I'd maybe missed a sneaky screw somewhere.

I recommend using bolts with nylon lock nuts if you are not using rivets.

The guide is in MS Word format so you will need a program that will read MS Word documents.

top write up mate, always handy to have some instructions there in case things go wrong

We need a guide to tell people what way round to put their new wheels on. Isn't that right chuck? ;)

Excellent guide Keanu, I shall be using this to investigate how my Speakers are fitted!

Should also come in handy for my next car! :D

Used this when I did mine - gave the confidence to start in the first place.

The rivet gun with rivets shouldnt cost you more than a fiver - and you KNOW that rivets arent gonna come loose.

I have opend up the headunit n had a peep at the back and only see 2 sets as Im guessing for the front ?saying that do you know the colours of the speakers frm the car as I only see white/black ,White n Grey,Grey/black cheers its Japo Vitz 99 1.l

I have opened up my doors and they do have Speakers connected to the wires of the same color of the dash ones but still no sound coming from the doors I have takens pic and this is the only connector coming from the dash for the headunit as it only has 2 sets of wires for the sound Pink and purple for the left side and blue n green for the right and the rest for powering the headunit .. is this right ?again its a 99 1.L Phase 1 I think, my dash only has one knob for the heater. I had thought it would have seperate wiring for the doors
