Quick Help Required Please!

hi i need to know which belts to order, im getting my cam belt changed in a week , and have it booked in, iv ordered a cam belt, and fan belt, but when i checked car this morning i noticed another belt, which is really badly worn hanging on by a thread. its at the bottom left hand side (looking from drivers side of carnot the back) is the belt on the right hand side is the fan belt? so what is this other one. need to order part quickly from toyota before next wk

i thought it might be that, if it snaps would it cause any damage, or would the car run ok still?

I dont think any damage would be done mate. Just no air con.
