Help!

HELP! My new lights that i bought on eBay have arrived, but do not come with any instructions. Have tried to remove the rear ones currently on car. but they won't shift. I've unbolted the nuts, what else needs to come off to make the buggers move?!!?

Open the boot, unbolt the lights and they should pull free, might be a bit stuck as they have been on there for years though! Don't pull too hard though, might snap the wires!

OK, cheers mate, i'll give it another shot now. Have disconnected the wires already, so it's just kinda 'hanging in' apparently. Just the one bolt correct? These lights are going to look sweet when they're on!

Yeah just the central bolt on mine, doubt there will be any difference between Yaris and Vitz!

Right that was simple! So, what do you think?

Have to take it to car electrician tomorrow, as there's something up with one of the circuits for the left indicator. Otherwise I think they llok pretty good!

I really like those lights - lexus ones are everywhere nowadays - those are subtle but different!

Cheers for the comments guys! Yeh, I think they look a trest as well, look lot better in person though, the pictures don't do them any justice! I was hoping that they were going to be a bit darker than they actually are, but i'm not complaining!

Yeh Ryan, they were just a bit stuck on, went back outside and gave them a good tug and hey presto, they popped out!

And as regards the bumper...You may recall my 'incident' with a bollard down bar street around december time? Well, the restaurant i work in is shut for three months in winter, so when it happened I was out of work and short on cash. So didn't bother to fix it. Back at work now, but i'm still not going to fix it as my C-West kit should hopefully be here around June (pushed back a month due to alloys being bought), so it will be replaced with that!

And yes, carlo blue does rock!

I must say that I'm impressed. Good to be different for a change. I notice a lot of people "follow the trend" with Yaris modding. Unfortuantly in a limited market it's hard not to...
