Hi Guys! I am quite new to this but I have read this board for a few months now and know that Avensis users are quite helpful. I need some help with my 99 Avensis SE. The annoying buzz when I remove the key without turning off the headlights has stopped. Does anyone know or have any clue as to what it could be.

On the Corolla there is a little speaker below and to the left of the steering column behind the lower dashboard panel (above pedals).

The panel below the steering column is held (on Corollas) by a couple of screws and then unclips. Might be loose wire to speaker?

Sorry I only know for Corolla but might be applicable for Avensis.
