Toyota Pickup 2003

I own Toyota Hilux 2003. The Fuel Filter Light turned on after it did 1000km. Now I replced the Fuel Filter but the light is still on. What to do?

Specification is ::: Engine : 2KD-FTV

Double Cab.

Someone told me that i need Hand Held Tester but i dont have one. What are the alternative options?

Now I also have its manual but its in Thai Language. Could someone pass me English ver???

Not sure on this but on the Surfs the light comes on when there is water in the filter, to turn it off you need to undo the tap in the bottom of the filter, failing that you could try disconnecting the Battery for 10 mins .

thanks for your time and effort. I have changed the Fuel Filter, no water there. Also, I even disconnected the Battery for not only 10mins but hours. Still no luck. Any other options? Is it possibly computer fault? wireing maybe? or....?

Its imported vehicle so there isnt any customer service here.
