Will Greddy E-manage Fit The '99 4afe

i want to get the greddy e-manage but i keep on reading on the websites that you can either do the wiring you're self (can't find any diagrams) or you can get a harness which are only available for the 4age 1989-2000 i've been told the 4age is different so anyone know if it fits and where i can get diagrams for the 4afe and what other cheap ecus are around.

Why do you need the emanage for the 4afe???

There is probably not going to be any diagrams for the 4afe as it's not a performance engine.

I had a 4afe 1.6 in my corolla you can get a superchip for it but the e-manage is overkill

its for a project going to turbo the engine and need to keep an eye on things but i was told that if i put a turbo on i can replace the maf sensor with one from a 3sgte to fix the problem.

Not worth the effort. Much cash for very little reward. The engine could perhaps be turbo'd but you would be very much better off with a 4A-GZE as a bsae to work from as it is designed by Toyota for boost.

well i wasnt planning on keeping the engine for a long time the kit cost about 600-700 pounds delivered with a t3 turbo, downpipe, manifold and all neccesary piping except and intercooler its not bad. most likely a 4age will be dropped in but need to try it out first and if the engine goes it goes it ws free.

oh yeh and the manifold fits a 1.8 7afe engine as well so it will be a good option to go for that engine as wellafter the 4afe goes.

someone has to know i am gonna pay for the kit and he has offerd to sell me 460cc injectors for a 100 quid more but if they are wrong i can't travle that far to return them.
