Corolla Oxy Sensor Problem?

Can anyone help? Car runs fine first thing in morning. When engine is warm, I seem to lose power slightly - especially if I tap the brake but without need to go up a gear - there then seems to be a dead spot until I give it a bit more gas, then it jumps back into life again. You can also feel it pulling at speed. Also shudders when gas pumped when at a standstill and has fairly rough idling. Oxy sensor suggested and/or maybe a misfire. Am I right in thinking that if it is the sensor then it's a main dealer job?

It can still do that but if I were you, I'll check the ignition system first.
