New Shocks

ok ok, i know that it's prob been asked loads of times but here goes...

i need new rear shocks on me cynos so i was thinkin that i would try and lower it aswell so any suggestions cause i have'nt a clue........please.... :bookworm:

also, just back from me hols in sydney and theres seo's everywhere out there.....

If you're planning on lowering, I wouldn't get stock shocks. from what i hear, they don't respond well to lowering. KYB GT2's I hear are pretty good. Dropzone makes coilovers, Eibach i think makes springs. Ground control makes coilovers, and there are a ton of crappy ones on eBay you can buy for really cheap, but that's if you want no reliability and a bad ride.
