Is there any simple cost-free adjustments I can make to my celica to increase power a little? I dunno, like turning some bolt a little or something..

Also, do u think it's dangerous for me to put "wynns injector cleaner" in my petrol tank? ie. is it likely to clean some dirt that was actually holding things in place and keeping it going?

your engine is - very old and most probably very tired.

increase performance and speed up the end of its life.

however, ensure it is running properly first and you will be able to get some more power out of it. the rev 1 3sge is a excellent twin cam.

I whacked nitrous on mine - long story.

never ever put engine cleaner into the oil filler.

yes use injector cleaner but 'Do Not' blast about in it, let it run through carefully, it will remove carbon build up in the injectors, but yes, it may also remove the stuff holding your valve seats, piston rings etc.

if you want my honest opinion, maintain it and work out how it works before you blindly tune it. it will not last if you just go modding the hell out of it.

if you like the gen 4, put in a gen 6 celica rev 3 3sge engine and pehaos the gearbox too - will last much much longer.
