Dip/beam Relay

Does anyone know where the relay is for the dip/ beam on a estima,i have an estima with lights which fade back to sidelights when its meant to be on beam.

Hope I can help, there is a cover above the heater controls which pops up (sometimes really tight) you should find the relay in here. Good luck!!!!
