Overheating V6

Hi,

Came across this website while searching for help with my 1993 V6 Camry,

Water boils over out of the expansion bottle (only when car is driven around the block).

Doesn't do this when engine is running in drive.

Electric fan kicks in okay.

So far I have had the radiator and water pump replaced, I have had the system pressure tested at a Toyota Garage and all they told me it could be one of the above (no help at all).

There isn't any oil in the water or water in oil.

But I have noticed loads of tiny bubbles in the water system when the radiater cap is removed.

Any help would be much appreciated.

it happened to me after an overheat situation

the garage used a block tester that changes colour if exhaust gases enter the cooling system- a small leak was found probably head gasket

you will find loss of coolant if driven hard but not idling
