Avensis Sat Nav Help Appreciated

Hi there,

First posting for me on this site, hope to find out loads of useful info over the coming months!

Collected an 03 Avensis T3s last week, and have a couple of early questions. Any help much appreciated. The Sat Nav system is the TNS200.

(i) The disc with the car is obviously 2 years out of date, and I would like to get hold of an updated one asap. Quote from dealer is £136. Appreciate there has been a few notes on here with similar questions, but has anybodt found a cheaper way of getting an up-to-date disc?

(ii) Small problem, but no less annoying, how do you get the clock to display of the Sat Nav display. The manual suggests this should appear automatically, but the top left of the display is just blank for me. All other parts of the system are working fine?

Are you sure its a TNS200 CD system, as my 53'plate T3-s has TNS300 DVD system fitted <_< .If you want an up to date disc check out eBay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...ssPageName=WDVW

These appear regularly, alternatively download it off emule. Download software, install and type toyota sat nav, thats where the version are. Download and burn to cd, using CloneCD or Nero :arrgg-matey: .
