Dropping My 2000 Celica Gt

hi everyone!!

now that spring/summer is FINALLY here, i'm planning on dropping my car :D ....BUT who out there in this forum has actually done it??

i have 18" rims (already on) and just bought H & R lowering springs.

i DON'T wanna slam it, but i DO wanna drop it just enough to make it look better than stock.

does anyone have any experience with this?

also, i heard that springs will "settle" therefore allow for more of a drop than originally expected. i guess with 18" rims, i don't want to have it lowered too much that it rubs, or is prone to underbody scratching over bumps, or i damage the car somehow.

i was also wondering if it would be okay to play around with the front-to-back lowering ratio....especially since with stock, the back looks so much higher than the front. B)

any feedback would be helpful. thanks, yo!! :)
